@brazilianspiritzz I actually bought some DVD's from a hypnotist. The way it works is that by creating a shock (pulling their arm, etc) their nervous system goes up. At this point, they become very suggestible and are looking for ''liberty'' or ''WHAT THE EFF IS GOING ON''. By saying ''SLEEP'' (something we do everyday), the CONSCIOUS part of the brain goes to sleep while the SUBCONSCIOUS stays there :D
But yeah, I beleive there's more to it than this ):

@brazilianspiritzz There are many ways know to Hypnotize others, shock, overload, misdirection, etc. My methods employ a combination and all done very quickly.
