Iihf rule "the stick has to be completely over the crossbar" it means before goal. Arfter goal u can do what ever u want.

@PetAlmighty Well thats just silly. Any major team can always win the tournament. Yes, we had a long brake between golds, but we've been close many many times. We've been getting silver and bronze in world championships and olympics on regular basis. So I dont really agree with your comment on "such a long dry season". I dont mean to complain to you, but its surprisin how quickly we forget. I assume you're Check...was it 2003 when the WC final was Finland-Check Rep. You won on over time...
