Yeah, he was a bit nervous but, as this was his first stand up routine, it was rather good. I know I couldn't have done it.

The arms moving about seemed to be out of kilter with the jokes and hinted at stage fright. Don't know how many were present but sometimes a smaller audience can be more unnerving than a larger one. After all a smaller audience will change their moods much faster than a larger one so you must be careful with edgy joke telling?
