We kill naga explorers on the western stranglethorn shore for akiris reed. We then fly north to an ogre mount to find a key lost on one of the ogres. We then leave stranglethorn vale after killing a big elite sea giant and travel across kalimndor to tanaris.

in my mind 1k needles is a nice area, but ok, as horde you can quest here and find out whats all on top of the needles XD
