Neither abiogenesis or evolution can explain the origin of speech and language. They can't explain how the genders began. Try evolving the first pregnancy? What gave early life forms the good sense to adapt to specific environments condusive to their survival? How did slime start thinking? Their science can't explain how the thought process (cognition) began. They can't even explain the origin of trees. The real Genesis 1:1, IN THE BEGINNING GOD (JESUS) CREATED THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH.

Abiogenesis can't explain why we age, & then die. It can't show why the body seems to operate as though it were controlled by some sort of biological clock. Scientists can't understand why the clock stops, or why life ends. I'm not talking about accidental death, I mean they don't understand why the body wears out. Here's the answer. AND AS IT IS APPOINTED UNTO MEN (MANKIND) ONCE TO DIE, BUT AFTER THIS THE JUDGEMENT. HEBREWS 9:27. Typical. GOD's Word is millenia ahead of the wise guys:)

@mikedonovandad As for how life could have started-- look up abiogenesis. There is considerable evidence for every step required. Just as evolution had "missing links" abiogeneisis' missing links are being discovered. We have already produced self-replicating molecules using primordial conditions in labs, and there are plausible explanations for each step of progression to cells and life forms from there.

And pretending that it means a human climbing out of slime is DISHONEST.

Damn, you're thick! Who said rocks (inanimate object example) have morals. Why can't moral evolve as consciousness expands in successive generations? Dogs, apes, dolphins, elephants -- they ALL demonstrate empathy and thus the elementary form of "morals". You are pretending that I claim rocks have morals and insult the intelligence of every reader here with your shallow retort.
