So I've been watching most of your videos and you have inspired me to lose weight. I'm a 17 year old male about 5'7 and weigh 221lbs and I'm just so tired of being over weight. Even though I've seen a lot of your vids I'm still so lost :(. Please help me to further understand what are carbs, calories, sat fat, if you have time. I would really be happy if you did.
