  • @kwstas67 Probably to protect the elbows, it's easy to shift a lot of tension onto the biceps or the elbow ligaments when the elbow is locked.

  • w8 he says u dont fully extend arms?why is that?and can i use oly shoes with this one?(i mean the shoes with heels oly lifters-weightlifters wear for squatting

  • I like this mechanical drop set approach. A lot like starting with straight-elbow lateral raise and progressively bending while fatigued until it's 90 degrees.
