Great information! I appreciate your passion to share with others. There is never enough sharing of information without strings attached. Also in response to your target audience I feel its commendable that you provide information to an underserved market. I understand that quality information, tools and resources are not always readily available or dispensed in black communities and it doesn't mean that you don't want to help all people but you have a niche that needs your service. Thank you!

Thank you for getting right to the point. I learned several key points that I will begin to utilize immediately.
I realized that I was spread too thin with multiple social networks, even when linked, it was overwhelming. I use YouTube for fun and now I clearly see that it's time to use it for business.

I just read the comment from someone saying you would not want to help them. I dont' get any negativity from you, many folks focus on thier niche, ie. working class moms, handicapped services, technical training for older folks-you have to target. So I'm not sure where they are coming from with the negativity. Jaydite 1610, Black folks still have separate issues and concerns that may be specific to them-that is not racist in the least it's reality. Good luck with your work IHenry!
Hello! As a black entrepreneur woman, I found your information to be very helpful! In the 10 minutes of watching your video, I've gain more motivation, ideas, and strategies on how to promote my business! I've been apart of lots of groups, social networks and organizations and none of them target Black Women in Business. Where I live, I'm usually the only black woman at gatherings and often feel out of place - although people are nice to me! Kudos to you Lashanda for doing what u do!

Hi, I think that you are limiting yourself greatly. I'm not black but like listening to your advice. However, I won't subscribe because I feel that you would not want to help me. My main rule in business is that you can only succeed by helping others succeed. Colour has never and will never be a consideration for me to help someone. x

@jaydite1610 Everyone has a passion, as a woman of color in business I know I have certain experiences that I can share with other women of color who need my help primarily because they don't get targeted in mainstream and for socio-economic reasons can't afford the time of information in marketing most get. Im am not limited myself, I am focusing on a group that means something me. Everyone is free to listen to what I have to say, just as I am free to support and teach who I want. -lh

@jaydite1610 I also want to point out that I have no issues helping anyone and everyone. My passion in seeing other women of color succeed and be inspired just is a big part of who I am and there is nothing wrong with that. Though you may not know this (which is fine) many of the women I speak to don't have family members or friends giving them verbal, educational, or financial support that is why I speak to them specifically. I want them to know someone gets it and is in their corner.

I was trying to learn about social networking and saw all your videos. Sorry but I felt very unwelcome simply for the fact that I feel like I'm the "wrong" color because I'm not black. The video was informative but not targeted to me obviously.
