I've read a lot of stories told FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE, and they can work if done right (fave book starts "Most people would call me a ghost. I am, after all, dead."), and those don't bother me nearly as much as stories that switch to a second character's POV because the main character died. That is just shite planning and I can't think of any stories where it doesn't make me crazy.
