Eggmanland (360) Speed Run: 8:26:45

I spent a few hours today trying to record a sub-8:30 runthrough, only for my unreliable camera to cut out the Titan fights (which were perfect) at the end of my best runthrough. The disk I was using was apparently full, even though only 26 minutes out of 32 were apparently used. What...

Most of the runthrough did indeed get recorded however, and I wasn't about to let hours of tedium go to waste. Enjoy.

Yesterday I got my 1st (followed by the last 3) PINGASland hot dogs! To top it off I got the last 2 achievements. =D

But would you believe I ran into a hole in the map at around 8:07 when I jumped past a tube fan that sent me to my death!? And on my first (almost) no death run of the cursed act! 0_0 I tell you this act is inherently evil.

@corneliab Whow whow WHOW! I honestly never would have thought of that. It's so simple yet so brilliant! Now if I could just make it through the 2nd Werehog area without falling... As for that "go through walls" glitch you used in your improved speed run, I find it kills me more often than not. :p I think sticking to that nifty short cut at 7:55 will serve me better.

@WebOfSteel ...I think I'm the only one I know who actually feels physically ill when I think of doing the Eggmanland hot dog missions. The qte starting at 5:14 screws me up every single time! All I have to say: Damn you whoever decided to pile that much qt-crap into the game! As if the hardest level to clear without a death needed any of it.
