Opinion:
Well like all starter levels, this island is basically a way to get yourself familiar with the game and how everything works. The enemies are pretty basic, nothing much to look out for. Platforms are plentiful, so you wont find yourself falling too often. Overall, a nice starter level with nice backgrounds throughout the island.

And so begins yet another ridiculous yet awesome playthrough of mine :D

Rainbow Islands is.. Childlike, yes, but seriously SERIOUSLY addicting.

The basic objective of this game is to use your rainbows and terrain throughout the levels to reach the top of the area, in which you will recieve "Goal in!". There are seven islands in total, each island containing four areas and one boss battle.

Enemies can easily be disposed of by shooting a rainbow at them, but strategically crashing the rainbow down upon them reaps better rewards, most commonly pots and shoes, but more importantly, diamonds.

Seven diamonds can and should be collected throughout each island. Each diamond relates to a colour of the rainbow, so of course there's red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. Upon collecting every diamond, you will be shown a small "Nice!" message. It is safe to go on and blitz through the areas, which is what I did on this island, despite foolishly losing a life in the fourth area.

After defeating the island's boss, you will recieve a larger diamond, depending on whether you collected all the diamonds prior. Again, the islands diamond depends on which island you are currently on, so the first island will be red, second will be orange etc.. It sounds confusing but you will understand if you watch.
