@jaytinku Thank you, my wish is why can't you people think of creating such an environment/platform in our country rather becoming tired of what we have and by force going abroad? because you people are often considered as the backbone of the nation, but what our country can do, keeping its backbone & brain in some other country? I'm a student in UK, I wonder what will happen if we do the same in India after creating a platform, that we do somewhere? I want to stop people thinking of migrating.

@pragatidesigner I'm also in UK studying economics, & found tht these systems R fragile & groundless, you will very soon see the headlines that Indians who made wonders abroad started doing the same & much more in their Homeland itself. We may come modern not western and fragile. I'm sure that identifying as Indian you have the better life there, India still struggles because it invested in people like you hoping that you guys will back, but u guys remain little or no use & victim of brain drain

@pragatidesigner You are tired, so you say yourself that you are'nt Indian anymore, to put you in US, please forget not that the fortune of your parents ware spent, you might have the american life style, you can have the same in any where, but Indian life style is available only in India, & plz don't compare western women with Indian women, Indian women in India have dignity, in west they see women as entity. If we see women as entity in India you may feel secure without dignity as in US.

@uniquedin That is a very nice analysis of what is happening. Yes, I agree and support that we should have the right platform/environment to encourage talent staying home and feeling encouraged to become entrepreneur.
-
@jaytinku I completely agree with you, overseas Indians generate jobs, but being an Indian? Mr.Obama advised Americans study well as Indian students are ahead bla bla bla,,but American universities never changed their way, and they wont because they produce owners to employ people, and we produce people to get employed, and few or some turn as entrepreneur yet america is more advantaged (1+3=4, not 2+2), moreover they employ our entrepreneur too. & I accept our society needs to create platform.

Education in India is indeed a valuable experience you won't find anywhere. Get a degree done there and you will find it easy anywhere else in the world. I have high respect for the IITians, they have worked exceptionally hard to get accepted in this prestigious college. Ofc EVERYone of them would have stayed back if there was a well established governement. @jaytinku I am with jay on this one. As soon as the corruption is fixed, progression levels in the country will go over the roof.

d bst part abt d video ws dat v need 2 wrk hard here 2 mk it attrctve 4 dem 2 cm bck...stayng or leavng is just a personal choice
One side of the coin is always portrayed- there is another side. I am from IIT- stayed back in India for 16 years- I set up a small scale manufacturing industry employing 65 people and paying 6.5crores annually in taxes/excise/customs in 1990 terms.I was treated like a common (almost) criminal getting no respect from a corrupt system. I left in disgust to a country with better environment. Employing people here now and paying taxes without any aggravation/discrimination, which I faced in India

stop fighting you IITians and non-IITians.. stop making a big gap between the both.. we all are indians and we all equally regard India highly!! and about brain drain thats an individual choice. some of us really need money for ourself n our family and i respect that. but i really hope after making lot of money over there some of you guys can come back and change india. cos this is a really old video and india has really changed now. hope im not starting off another fight by posting this. peace.
