@LT89NL As for the ban in holland I personally dont think it will happen yes you are a wealthy country but a lot of this has to do with tourism and people dont go there to see windmills, I agree alot people inc the british spoil themselves by smoking and drinking to much these people are idiots who tend be in every counrty, i hope ths never happens, it will be a move backwards,ur country has achieved so much with its laws surrounding cannabis and the clear distinction between soft and hard drugs

@LT89NL the british government did reclass cannabis from a class B to a class C but this only lasted about a year then it was put back to class B as people said skunk was to strong and that it is 20x's stronger than old cannabis and some other bullshit to scare folks into believing it was a hard drug, many people do not trust our government now over the lies they have told us about cannabis they say if you smoke enough you more likely to become a rapist, the bullshit here is unreal.

@munkfunk123 Maybe you've heard it on the news or from others but we've had increasing amounts of drug related problems that were caused by foreign visitors, mainly in Amsterdam, and Bergen op Zoom(near the NL-BE border). The psilocybe mushrooms got banned because of a few high profile media cases of foreigners who went berserk, causing lots of chaos after taking shrooms, cannabis and alcohol. Dutch people especially in tourist areas got fed up with it, and now the same thing is up with weed.

@munkfunk123 Didn't the UK ease the classifaction of Cannabis from a class 2 to a class 3 drug a few years ago? I know, it isn't like what we have, but it's a step in the right direction and hopefully towards legalizing. The law to make coffeeshops Dutch-only was announced a year ago, and with this & the last 4 goverment cabinets having been pretty much right wing creeps it's assured. We'll lose some money over it, but we're still the 5th richest country globally, so no problem.
