The media diverts attention away from real issues. It needs to be balanced with real info such as this.

  • I don't touch soy (knowingly at least) because it can seriously harm the thyroid gland, and thyroid disease runs in my family, so that's the LAST thing I need.

  • For those claiming they don't eat soy lol. You know they cross breed food with soy? They seeds with it so you still get the benefits of the bad while you thinking it's all good. They even feed Cows, farmed fish, chickens, and others soy base feed. That shit is like the High fructose Corn Syrup. They put that crap and everything.

  • That was deep.

  • @Yanadew Wow, that's crazy. :/

  • Soy shrinks adult male's brains..The Japanese did a extensive study on this..google it..And it makes men create too much estrogen..it makes them more feminine..google that too. And I used to love my soy- based meat substitutes..

  • @tom11zz884 I agree. Just pointing that fact out incase someone decides to eliminate soy from their diet based solely on one statement that soy beans were a genetically engineered product of the US.

  • @lunarf Regardless...Soy isn't good for you...So Gregory is correct on that part.

  • Dick Gregory is way off base about soybeans not being natural. They existed in Asia for thousands of years and were brought over to America. Carver did find alternative uses for them, but he did not create them.

  • I stopped eating meat almost two decades ago, but I use soy milk as a substitute for cow's milk. I also use soy as a replacement for meat. However after watching this, I will not use soy products again. I am thankful for this information.
