  • specially if your at a minimum wage salary and asked to take 38 hours a week and loss of retirement and pto hours along with 12 days furlough a year unpaid. this is what the city of alamogordo is currently proposing for city workers that make minimum wage and under 10 dollars yet expect morale and no1 to hold a second job. many told me they wish some one would put it in media.

  • ppl dont realize alot of city workers work 2 jobs. alot dont make great pay. i know here in alamogordo, nm most make minimum wage and operate equip to laborer items. yet some make up to 10 dollars a hour yet are asked to take wage cuts and benifit losses. not worth working for a city gov im told.
