Rare 1962 Oldsmobile Starfire that just completed a fresh 100 point fame off restoration in 2009. This car is absolutely immaculate from top to bottom; every nut and bolt was either replaced or reconditioned. This car could easily be a national show winner if desired, all you need to do is take it there and collect your trophy. Finished in the correct, factory Oldsmobile colors of Sheffield Mist over Chariot Red. The interior is also all new and is the correct trim 931 medium gray color. Powered by the numbers-matching , ultra-high compression Olds Starfire 394 CI V8 which produces 345 HP and an impressive 440 ft/lbs of torque. You collectors out there know how costly it is to restore a car like this. The parts are very difficult to find and this is simply an expensive model to fully restore. This car's paint job alone cost over $11,000 but is now perfect. Vehicle comes with a DVD which documents the entire restoration process with hundreds of photographs. Most of the receipts for the restoration are also included in the sale. Original Protect-O-Plate and Oldsmobile manuals are also included. Early 60's muscle luxury doesn't get any better than this! • my Dad has a 62 Olds 98 Convertible with red leather loaded even the vent windows were powered. but the Starfire was a rarity even back then. look at that tack your revving it its not even going past 2000 rpm. thats torque. Also the quad rear lights were eye catching.

  • Amazing! Ran across this style Old recently and have fell in love!

  • @StreetsideClassics Yes indeed great song 1965 by The Ab-Libs. Man I got to hand it to you guys you REALLY know how to sell cars!! I also very much enjoyed your '66 Toronado. Greetings from Montreal.

  • I love this car! My grandfather had a '62 Dynamic Holiday Sedan in light blue and allthough he got rid of it in 1970, I distinctly remember it. I was only 5 years old in 1970 but I love the car and wish I had one!
