"If you've done nothing wrong, you've got nothing to hide". But you might still be refused the right to work.

Mistakes, sloppy processes and delays at the Criminal Records Bureau - one example of how sloppy data practice in the public sector affects us all and has a very real impact on our lives.

Good report from BBC's Watchdog.

  • The fact how a criminal record stays on for life is against the European convention on human rights as there is a rule of a right to life. This is breaching it because a criminal record that stays on for life is blighting people’s lives. This is a breach of our human rights SO I HOPE TO FUCKINGWELL SEE YOU IN THE EUROPEAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS criminal records bureau!

  • Shouldn't he have said "they've never been caught for anything" as opposed to "they've done nothing wrong"

  • Who are the real criminals?

  • This is a cruel reality. A prime example of one of the failure's of our 'controlled' state.
