  • Also women will not get "big and buff" just toned, healthy and stronger. Big muscles only come from testosterone and women don't make enough testosterone to produce large muscles.

    So women should not be scared of weights - Because weights will make you look like Jennifer Lopez, Angelina Jolie, and Jennifer Aniston. They all use weights and cardio. Later

  • if you maintain proper posture you will have contracted all your abs and back in such a way that they maintain you in proper posture. This gives you extremely strong, powerful - take a hit from a sledgehammer type abs - not pansy calvin klein underwear commercial abs.

  • Also for the abs: One sided DeadLifts. putting a really heavy barbel on your right side. Perpendicular to you, then you bend at the knees and lower yourself - still looking forward and with back straight. Then you grab the bar with your right hand and stand up. You are grabing the bar like a suitcase. Exactly like a suitcase that is sitting next to your feet.

    BowFlex IS an exercise machine. A very shitty one. If you really want strength, health and vitality you get a Hex Shrug bar/Trap Bar, kettlebells and jump ropes and learn how to use them.

    By AbRoller I did not mean the the AB-Wheel - which is one of the most powerful ways to build your abs. The most powerful: SQUATS and DEADLIFTS. Yes I said SQUATS AND DL'S. Done correctly with alot of weight your abs have to come into play.

  • Dale, your critism doesn't make sense. The bowflex is an exercise machine. By AbRoller do you mean Ab Wheel? Or something else? The wheel is crazy for the abs.
