@GNANEESWARAN, sorry it took so long for me to get back with you. The Vibram Five Finger shoes are basically gloves for your feet. They have individual toe pockets for your toes to fit into. They protect the bottoms of your feet from the ground. I believe they are non allergenic. In SE Arizona, I think there is a store in Tucson, but I order mine online. It's hard for me to find them because I have to order the absolute largest size they have available, but I can still manage to find them.

Dang .. this sucks.. just got it the other night walking on my heel to not step on cold floor and wham to much pressure on my heel and felt a pain.. 3 days later. still have pain!

I had a problem running because of this pain. I now wear the Vibram Five Fingers shoes, which enable me to run without the impact on my heels. The pain is now going away.

so basically I'll be able to run again without anymore pain if I get that injection?

Will I be cured for the rest  of my life if I get these treatments?
