getting much stronger and better balance from kettlebell training. when i first tried this i could only do 75 lbs. now 115 seems pretty easy. you cant rush it.

  • @scienceandself1 lots of good balance . youd be fine. ill help you with it . i def do not recommend without a spotter or two.

  • Iv'e worked up to 95 but the bar is smooth as silk in the middle and no chalk allowed in the place I was doing it so my arm got a serious workout. Be interested to see what I could do at your place.
