@Fangen88 honestly, I try to workout while/right after the sun is setting. The goal is to hit the point of when your testosterone levels peak and use it during workout. I usually do that, the Glutamine right before bed, then wake up to 55g whey protein shake to help stimulate growth.

Working out 1 hour before sleeping ?? This is nonsense and should be avoided at all costs if possible if you're a hardgainer and want to build muscle. It's hard to fall asleep an hour after training, post-workout meals are also vital and going into a catabolic state of sleeping during this time period would negate any chances of growth. It's hard enough for skinny guys to gain weight, especially with so much bad and useless misleading information that they are given.......like these videos.

Yes, its really good but you need to have some experience with bodybuilding to take full advantage of it.

Yes, it is a great program but you need to be experienced to take full advantage of it. Its very hard but the gains are really good. I gained nearly 4kg in 4 weeks - have a look at BenPakulksi net (success stories - I am the first guy there)

care to explain rule 3 : work out 1 hour before sleeping? If I workout before sleeping (even 2 or 3 hours before) I take forever to fall asleep and I don't feel rested the next day.

Thats the downside of it... To fall asleep I use proper breathing techniques, which also help me sleep deeper. But if you are not able to fall asleep, then you can train a bit earlier (avoid mornings though). Good time is also around 1pm as your levels of testosterone are high...
