What's wrong with you nit pickers ? Her video is about exactly what the title reads, the video quality is very good, the sound quality is excellent, unlike SO many postings on here, and she's obviously knowledgeable about what she posted. If you can't follow a video series I would guess that's your shortcoming.

You're right, the download time is insufferable and I have very high bandwidth -- there's no reason to produce videos with such ultra-high resolution. Then we don't even get to see her wrap the damn thing, much less make the dipping sauce.
