Filmed from the side of a 28 gallon bowfront tank. They usually swim around the whole tank, but when the camera is on, they don't shy away.

@Cracktusify odd, barbs of any variety aren't really known to be the east bit shy. that is odd....

@SunkieWard The males have a black checkered pattern on their bodies (the ones in this video are all male). The females have more of a solid gold color, and are typically fatter than the males.
