  • Most wine kits are left in the primary between 6 and 14 days. W ususally take our wine out of the primary when the specific gravity is between 1.020 and 1.040, but some wine kits intruct you to leave the wine in the bucket for 14 days. Either way will work as long as you keep the wine covered during the entire tme in the bucket.
