Rom didnt do a bad job on his answer. He is trying to say if kids have a two parent home, there is less likely that kid will become a criminal. However as president it really is not his job to make sure every household has a parent.

That is unfair, to say it is part of their genetic make up. You are basing that on conjecture. Environment is just as likely to be responsible for behavior as genetics. Most of the time, it is a complex combination of many factors.

Those two idiots in the video want to act like somehow a white republican can control those savages in the streets when they won't even listen to thier own black leaders!
