Going to elsewhere's of thought, getting out the routine,out of the box , first in thought, then in reality, is the most amazing experience one can have. Pity does nothing for oneself nor for anyone else. Mother teresa was a poor excuse for a human being- all she could do was cry with others & feel sorry. no one who was poor did not stay poor because of her- all she did was waste her time, energy & resources. if she had been any bit rational, had even the slightest inkling for being truly selfish, she would have sought to open a good important buisiness, & maybe give a job to those who are worthy of a job.

so when u just randomly hand out EVERYONE's money, as in social security, most people on the receiving end hold no relation to those on the giving end. i mean who really does? unless u love everybody & everybody loves u, such an act is wrong to its core. And loving everybody is a truly meaningless statement as rand has argued. Its only economically logical since theres too many people, love is scarce(& hence valuble) & resources & time are too few and very limited.
