finally some good news with this damn team. i never thought i could feel so down about a notre dame team that went 12-0 and got to a title game. ever since we got destroyed by bama, the news was all bad until now. i was very worried this class would fall apart with all the crap surrounding notre dame. something to be happy about sean. im looking forward to enjoying spring and summer and the nice weather for a change. im happy to get a break from football right now. go irish

I know it was great to see some positive things about ND in the news instead of all this dramatic BS. It was a great class and for me until Spring practice its all about ND basketball, Bulls, and Blackhawks so I'll have plenty to keep me busy.

I don't think we should of Recruited a QB this year I don't care if there way better than Evert is .Evert Will be the starter. So any of thoes 2 Qbs wont be playing for another 2 or 3 years unless Evert gets aweful or hurt

I wondered the same thing about that man, but when you think about it it really doesn't hurt to have Zaire. We need another dual threat @QB like him on our roster. Of the 4 quarterbacks ahead of him, 2 of them are Tommy Rees and Andrew Hendrix and they are not that type of QB, and plus I think they're both gone after this upcoming season. That leaves in order Everett, Gunner, and then Zaire. Keep in mind that they could put the red shirt on Zaire. All these guys will get their chance.

im with you on the blackhawks. no basketball for me though. ill also be watching manchester united in the premier league and champions league. there is always a game somewhere

Josh the past 12 years ND has had horrid QB depth either through poor recruiting, transfers, injuries. I have no problem with adding Zaire and adding another one next year.

I was impressed with him too after all that unfolded. The only recruit we lost during that was linebacker Alex Anzalone to Florida but he was back and forth from day one on his recruitment anyway.

I was really impressed with Kelly holding it all together so well. I kinda thought there was a chance you might have some guys waiver when he interviewed with the Eagles but he kept it all together.

For a while(judging by his tweets) he was really excited about talking to Saban and his assistants and I was thinking that you guys had him locked. He was definitely a great pickup for us and I can't wait to see him on the field. Getting classes like this will help us at the very least have a better performance against you guys when/if we meet again or any other SEC team for that matter.
