On Education Reform: That ADRIAN fenty is also a successor to SHARON Pratt Kelly DIXON fits nicely with the early 1980's 116 route, especially recalling a frustrated 6th grade DIXON finally whipping out the paddle for Eric. Not going accusatory, but an 11-year-old's sensibilities wouldn't notice if the teacher took secret kink joy in whacking the overgrown 6th grader's muscled glutes with paddle in front of class.
