Made by(and at) Norton Dojo, Sheffield, England aimed at Goju Ryu kyu grades,or anyone else who finds the vids interesting. This one has videos of Sensei Bakkies Laubscher's demo at the 2008 Budosai, Okinawa.I know it's a cliche'but unless you're an experienced karateka don't do any of these techniques unsupervised. • who says karate is for use against untrained attackers, thats bullshit, i know theres allot of crap written about this, but thats all it is crap.

karate/kung fu/ martial arts in general can be used to your own limitations.

you can be an excellent karateka who trains hard and becomes a lethal weapon, with hands like sledgehammers, or you can become the grade hunting karateka, who can walk through his kata, cant use it, wears an xxl black belt, with hands like a new born baby, its up to you

  • this song kind of reminds me of the book of eli. (the beginning at least)

  • seems like an excellent system of defense

  • dude, i have been training Goju for 20 years, its nice to see we are doing similar bunki, when i say training i mean training hard twice a week, we have a lot of contact in our club but it makes it fun and bruises heal

  • @singhakabuttar grade hunting karateka, who can walk through his kata dude you are so right, pisses me off, there are so many people who say what do i have to learn for the next grade, i just say karate

  • The music is annoying! Otherwise, good vid.

  • Nice practical demonstration of a very good discipline
