This is absolutely disgusting. First of all, the American justice system is a complete joke. People who do this to children deserve the death penalty and no less. It happens all the time, you put them in jail, they get out, and they will do it AGAIN. If you don't give them a REAL punishment, nothing will ever change. Children are naive, defenseless, and they DEPEND on their parents. A mother that would to this to her baby is the worst excuse for scum.

Some... things that look like humans... enjoy hurting small animals, scar a small human for the rest of their life, or use them and then simply kill them. The parents didn'y break up the father has said this was a one night stand.He has 3 older children that friends & ex in-laws are raising.The family raising his 17 volunteered to take Shaniya as well. did i say nancy grace was the be all end all of news? No i didn't, yes i know it was a 1night stand they still had a relationship and still communicated that is how he was able to get full custody, they are not the 1st nor will they be last to have a "relationship"from from a 1night stand...
either way that fact is totally irrelevant to me. i don't care if he dropped her off and ran, it doesn't excuse the mom and the killer!
