Yurakucho is a pretty nice area now, especially since they opened that new tower on the one side, with that new large plaza. The picture quality of this video is really horrible though! I wish I had been using a proper video camera when I took it! Not only was I using a small camera with poor video capability anyway, I had the settings wrong and the resolution was lower even than I thought.... - LHS
