Dedicated to a little Canadian girl named Anaya, who recently passed away from a severe neurological disease called Krabbes Leukodystrophy aged just two years old. She never spoke, and over time it stole all her movement, her swallow, her vision and eventually her ability to breathe. But she left behind a legacy of knowledge and awareness that is almost beyond belief, as her family took her up and down the country, talking about the importance of newborn screening for Krabbes and other diseases (if Anaya had been screened for this she could have received a stem cell transplant that may have saved her life and at least some of her abilities). She has touched literally tens of thousands of people all over the world, as her journey was documented on her facebook page:

And her own personal website:

Unfortunately I only got to know of her during the final few weeks of her life, but fortunately...I knew of her for a few weeks of her life!

So this video is dedicated to Anaya and her family, with love.
