I’ve been doing a lot lately. I’ve completely changed my life around. I dyed my hair back to its natural brown color and went shopping with Kevin, therefore my wardrobe is “parent approved.” I’ve started helping out the stage crew when they set up the stage and when they take it down. I also watch Frankie during sound checks and during the show.

It was almost time for the sound check and I had just finished helping put up the stage. I walked out to the bus and found Kevin and Joe in the front.
Me: Hey, where’s Saffron and Nick?
Joe: They’re in the back...
Kevin: Why?
Me: Just wondering.

I started walking towards the back of the bus and heard the two of them talking. I know it’s not right, but I started to eavesdrop on their conversation.
Nick: I have no clue.
Saffron: I mean, Kevin had no right to say that to her.
Nick: We should have told her about it when she asked.
Saffron: We should just find her and tell her now.
Nick: So, how do we tell her?
Saffron: Just come right out and say it. Kevin said it was your fault that dad died. And we kept it from you.
Nick: Quick and painless... like a band-aid.

They lied to me? I stormed into the back of the bus to yell at them but we met halfway.
Nick: You heard all of that didn’t you?
Me: Yeah.
Saffron: We were going to tell you, I swear!
Me: Sure you were. When? You guys knew for three weeks and didn’t tell me! Who knows? Huh? Tell me!
Saffron: Now, everyone.
Me: Saffron, we’re sisters! You should tell me everything!
Saffron: We are! I do! I just didn’t want to hurt you...
Me: Yeah, well how’s that working out for you?

After saying that, I ran out of the bus leaving Kevin and Joe confused. You may be wondering where their parents and Frankie are. Well, they flew home for a week and left Kevin in charge. Anyways, I ran out of the bus and inside the venue, with them quickly trailing after me. I made my way on to the stage when Kevin yelled at me.

Kevin: Autumn! Stop!
Nick: We were going to tell you!
Me: But you didn’t.
Joe: We didn’t want to hurt you.
Me: So you lied to me instead of telling me the truth.
Saffron: Yeah, I lied, but I didn’t want to hurt you.
Me: Well, lies hurt more than the truth.

I walked off and this time, no one tried to stop me. My vision was blurred with tears. I was crying because I was upset, because I was angry, because I was hurt. Then I ran into Garbo.
