I am not doing what you do in this video, I'm jumping, dancing and stretching to your great motivational words, and I play this video twice. Finally some realistic and positive video on youtube! (instead of all the body shaping crap with thin chicks doing moves which can't be done by a big girl, they simply don't know how it is - technically and feeling-like)
I do this for 30-40 mins 6 times a week, since Jan. and I lost 4lbs so far. 18 more to go :)

Cool video! btw my cousin used this trusted natural diet named: Impact 790 Diet and got rid of 7 kgs within just a month. I cannot really remember the actual website just Google it.

@tutiiwe87 Hahaha! That's cool you should continue it, you know it did great for me too! In only a few weeks I lose a lot of fats. I also followed the WeightLossAction.info lose fat diet program.
