    I love what you are doing as a motivational speaker. It looks like you and I had the same response to Batman. I couldn't stop watching it. I was enthralled by how the internal struggle was portrayed, a great movie!

    Yes. Don't knock it till you try it. Give it a try and see when you give yourself permission to eat the cookies, all of a sudden you don't want them and you start craving weird things like grilled fish one day and fruit another. Amazing what permission will do for us, huh? What do you think? Give it a try.

  • Well , I have been eatting a mostly organic , none restrictive diet for a lil over a year probably . Now , I have not lost any weight , but I have maintained , and with PCOS , that in itself is a miracle . I eat what I want , when I want it . I never over eat , and I never feel dissatisfied . Im plus sized and happy , and a ''diet'' just is not for me . When I have dieted in the past , I am miserable , and it makes me GAIN , not lose !

  • Hey juicywoman, I couldn't agree more!

    I stopped dieting, now I just eat what I want, when I want (but slowly) and once I'm full I don't feel like eating anything else. I end up eating a lot less, I'm happier and lighter because of it! Thanks for the video!!
