Spirit R/T Vs. BMW e36 M3

@Captainbob25202000 no. The base 2.2l put out 84hp/111lbs in it's first year when it was a carb. When it was fitted with TBI, then is was 93hp/123lbs. (in most applications. Some have a different setup with 99hp/121lbs)

the engine is a modified chrysler 2.2L(later modified and used in the dodge neon) used in dodge aries and plymouth reliant power output stock base 2.2 was 100hp i believe or 90hp and 100lbs of tourque,this engine in the spirit R/T is the same 2.2 but Turbocharged Intercooled DOHC 16Valve modified 2.2L and makes 224hp stock and 217 lbs of tourque (more than any crappy honda back then and today and bmw!)

Is a good car, I have one ´92 in Guadalajar Mex. this steel is de best!!!. Jetta turbo can´t with my Spirit ´92.
