The front door slammed shut, "Have you guys seen Rae?" Joe called.
"Yeah, she's in here!" Frankie yelled.
I heard his footsteps walk to the kitchen where Frankie and I were having a nice glass of chocolate milk together.
"Where did you go? I was so worried." Joe had a small freak out.
"Well, the pastry shop makes some delicious danishes, and you meet the nicest of people there." I smiled, then got up.
"You were in there?!" His eyes got wide.
"Yeah, the whole time." I walked out of the kitchen.
"Then why didn't you tell me?" He followed me.
"Because I didn't want you to know where I was. Duh." I walked up the steps, to my room. He followed there too.
"Well, you could've answered my messages." He didn't even notice what was on my bed.
I grabbed a stack of clothes I had in a drawer, "Too bad I didn't feel like it." I rolled my eyes.
"Rae, I don't think you understand how worried I was." He was leaning against the wall next to my closet.
I went to my closet and took the clothes off the hangers, "Worried that I would've left? Left the city?"
"Yeah, then I wouldn't be able to find you ever again." He still didn't seem to notice what I was doing.
I put everything in the suitcases and zipped them up, "Well, I'm glad you could see me leaving right now then."
The bags were not very heavy, but I grabbed my sunglasses and my wallet from the desk then headed out my door.
"What? You're leaving?!" He exclaimed, still following me.
"Joe, I have much better things to do than be stuck in a city with you in it."
That made him shut up.
I got to the front door, Joe still was on my tail, but Frankie and Mrs. Jonas hugged me good-bye.
I walked out the front door and almost made it to the car, almost.
"Rae- where are you going?" Joe asked, running towards me.
"If you really care and really want to find me, then you'll figure it out. I didn't tell anyone where I was going. Bye Joe." I stepped into the car and drove off.

"Flight 95 is now boarding, we will take your tickets now." The attendance lady was saying before we boarded.
I handed her my ticket, the lay-over was the longest thing ever. I now get to get back on the flight and get far away from L.A.
The lady examined my ticket, ripped a piece off, then slipped it into the machine to check it. "Thank you, have a nice flight."
I just smiled and walked towards the plane.

I woke up to a huge jolt on the plane and the pilot speaking, "We are having some turbulence issues, so please buckle your seatbelts."
Good thing I didn't have to move to rebuckle because I kept it buckled. Right when I got on the plane, I put my stuff in the comparment and fell right asleep.

"We are now landing in New York City, New York. Please fasten your seat belts as we near the ground. Thank you."
I was now fully awake and prepared to step into possibly the busiest, most crowded city in America. I wanted to choose a small town in the middle of nowhere, but then I would have nothing to do and wouldn't have a life. So I decided, why not one of the most populated cities ever so he can't ever find me?
"Thank you for riding American Airlines, please exit at the front doors, and have a nice day!"
The announcers always sound too friendly and creepy on the speakers...
