  • I live in Delaware and this amazes me. This is totally a color of law, which we are constitutionally protected from. But since there was no due process, good luck getting justice, or get his basketball poll back.

    Pretty damn sad.

  • @Iambusy3 YOU'RE AN IDIOT.... THAT BASKETBALL POLE WASNT BOTHERING ANYONE FOR 60 YEARS -- AND IT GAVE KIDS SOMETHING TO DO RATHER THAN SELLING DRUGS OR JOINING GANGS.... UR A RETARD

  • What did that stupid woman say that made that man turn around and go to his house?

  • that is why i would have went out there with guns loaded and waiting for my due process. I would have had my wife and children set up a perimeter with high powered rifles and told them that they are surrounded and caused a whole ruckus. Then the news media would have had to play it and then at least got my due process.

  • @nixthenamed Did you not watch the video? He was in the process of contesting the decision.

  • Why didn't that guy just take down the hoop when he go the letter? It's not like it's that big of a deal, just move it to a legal spot.

  • We need to resign ourselves to the fact that our legitimate federal and state governments are no longer in power. The fed/state bureaucracy government is in power. you don't get to vote for them, you don't get to vote them out. Real cops, fed, state, county, even FBI can't kick in the doors of a guitar factory with no warrants or charges, but The EPA can. close the state level of this bureaucracy now. America did fine without it for almost 100 years, this is where state sovereignty went.

  • @Iambusy3 It's thanks to people like you that we lose our freedoms. Hope you're happy.

  • @raykar2 if you watched the video you hear that the gentleman and his Representative both responded with letters when they received certified letters about the removal. Seems like they did ask for a variance or waiver - but no response came, except the response of the arrival of equipment to remove the poles. Plus, we are entitled to due process and private property rights; those are not bad things.

  • Fuck that bitch.
