I found this stone circle at the second attempt having perhaps been looking for something bigger the first time. It isn't easy to spot because it is to a great extent covered in heather.

It appears to be the largest embanked circle in Derbyshire and dates back to the Bronze Age [2300BC to 700BC according to the Time Team website !]. That means it is between 4300 and 2700 years old.
