Annotations allows any user with access to a Google Analytics profile to leave shared or private notes right on the over-time graph. Building upon the concept of bringing Intelligence to data, capture the tribal intelligence of your company - which tends to be the most expensive and easily lost resource of all. A simple note from a colleague can save hours of real work (and frustration) for an analyst who is tasked to explain a usually dry set of numbers.

are there plans to enable the annotations to be included in reports when you export the data?

Sigh. I have to say I'm disappointed to see that this great update doesn't seem to have rolled out our account (yet..) either. I look forward to seeing it on there, but too bad this video is a little misleading :(

I probably should have read these comments BEFORE I spent all the time to dig through my old email and find the date that we redesigned the home page.

You guys should have at least mentioned that it is being gradually rolled out.
I've been going mad trying to find a way to add annotations on my account, that's until I saw the comments here.

Yea despite the email I just got saying it was there, its still not in the USA.
