Sarah Palin Meets Heads of State

Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin met with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Wednesday. It is said to be part of a carefully choreographed campaign to expose the candidate to foreign affairs, while shielding her from the media.

Only brief glimpses of Palin were permitted as she met with Singh, who is in New York for the U.N. General Assembly.

Her lack of foreign policy expertise has been the subject of criticism from Democrats and even some Republicans.

Palin also met with leaders from Georgia, Ukraine, Iraq, and Pakistan. She had never met a foreign leader before Tuesday, when she met with Afghan president Hamid Karzai and Colombian president Alvaro Uribe.

I knew she went to India for a visit during the Presidential 2008 campaign. It's what any president/vice-president candidate would do. If Palin and McCain won the race, India would've taken more precautions against us. The idea that they're our friend is laughable. India is only close to the following nations: China, Russia, Japan, Persia, Thailand, France, Germany, Mexico and Italy. Why in the world would it want to trust us? There's no reason that comes to mind.

yea dat was the only gud thing that came out of the elections. no way i wanted to see a foreigner like sonia run the country, its a shame. and terrorist activities have much increased under congress cuz they are not taking hard stand against it. look at wuts happening in kashmir, congress has done nothing to improve the condition, india is on the edge of breaking up, and congress is doing nothing.

Manmohan singh saved our country from the brink of collapse by opening up economy in 1992 now look at our countrie's growth rate.I been to couple of countries and i can tell u this, Manmohan singh is a well respected person around the world.
