Legace thought he had the puck in his glove but then watched it sliding on the ice and froze for a second or two instead of squaring himself up for the shot. Huge mistake because if Oilers had lost this game then they would have down 2 games to 1 in series and would either have to win 3 games in a row or win a Game 7 in Detroit (neither would have been likely).

i think whaqt caused the different horn sound was that this horn got fucking drowned in round 1 so they added more for round 2+ to aid the sound. once the regular season came around they didnt need the added sound.

No, we were up 2-1 after this game. Detroit won game 1, and we won the next two (detroit then tied it 2-2 and then we won out).
