[NOTE]
Title in Japanese is usually read Koegoe meaning "voices" in English, but for this song, creator asked us to read it KOWAGOWA.
KOWAGOWA means "by being little frightened or nervous with fear".
I think you could guess why is it named it like that when you understand lyric=)
(But this is only my interpretation so I might be wrong. Sorry if I am(^^;)

Pretty close... I actually think it'd be "baka desu yo, ne?" Not necessarily all "su" sounds are "tsu". For example, if you said "suki" which means 'like' or 'to like', it would sound like 'ski'. But if you said "tsuki" which means 'moon', it would still sound like 'suki'. I wonder if I explained it well enough for you... I'm not an expert on Japanese either, but I'm learning!

:D... It's been a while since I listened to this song...so I can't remember...but uhm.. I think it's something like...

Len tells how life seems to be sucky and feels like giving up[or..something like that?], but there are things that keeps him going, and asks to keep on being supported so that he'd manage to willingly go on his own strongly someday.

BUT, I could be wrong, hehehehehh... (A;-3-)
