You need a larger header than stock...

Nice man thanks for the info. Did 450 Carb hook rite up.

Nice job, but the 350 turbo is a 3spd, has no OD..

@DannyBSnow i disagree, i had a 416 and never had an overheating problem, but then again i guess there are people that have the 440 kit that never overheat, Oh and did the HMF with the FMF powerbomb header mount up?

Nice vid your quad is awesome. I agree about hondas are the best maybe not the most power but the best all around. Also great tips looking forward to the updates.

@MetallicaLover334 HEELLLL naw you dont my z has a 440 big bore kit by athens and i can walk that thing all the way to 4th

Not trying to be a jerk. Also one thing that was a major problem with my 400ex. I ride in dirty, muck that would clog up my intake and my air box valves. Easy trick for that is to get a new air filter and a better set of valves. Will raise your horse power, Also for a little easy horse power, when you do that(putting in the new air filter/valves) Go ahead and take your header off and polish it, gives 5 horse power easy

416 kits are great. If your a recreational woods rider they are highly recommended. Wiseco piston makes cheep kits all the way to 440 big bores(Ebay you can get brand new, 440 big bore around$230 from Wiseco) Comes with full kit. Piston/sleeves/Head gasket kit. Very good kits, and highly recommended a 416/426 if you want to keep your low end torque. When you jump to the 440 you lose all low end in 2nd gear I believe, if not 3rd

I would be careful with that durablue axle. Dont hit jumps at over I believe 40ft high(most only place is in little sarahs.) The reason being is my cousin Gabe Ellett(for those of you who dont know him he is a Atv Nationals racer who has won several evens/seasons) He doesnt recommend Durablue due to there "Super Duty" Axle really is just 'Tight or hardend steal that is super duty' But it has very little flex in them. A Stock axle with wheel spacers takes 75ft jumps without breaking, theirs broke

good way to stop overheating: put 1/4 inch plates bolted/welded onto your a-arms so it pushes the air in like if you were lookin at the front end from right in front of the quad the plates would be facing in, which will bring more air to the engine, the way in the video works better, but you can also do what i said for alot cheaper
how much more oil does it hold vs stock? im thinking highly of doing this
travishale84 1 year ago
@travishale84 i really didnt have to i ran the engine for 10mins checked the oil after it was through the oil cooler and engine and filled the difference still going good too

How you bolt the oil cooler on to the frame with clamps or did you have to make a bracket?
Jay789520 1 year ago
@Jay789520 had to make brackets

thank you Danny, what do you think about 416 kit?

@1qaz7532 i think they might be faster, just the 440 had more power, they both over heat though
