@photofitrehelper I think they rather have someone catch up to the car first. The three people robbed a bank beforehand. The paper reported since there was too much traffic, they were calling off the chase, but the robbers wrecked out, shot out, and kept on carjacking people; total of five cars carjacked by day's end.
