I think you need to put on 10-15lbs of muscle before you try to lose more fat. You're very strong and ripped indeed, but also quite skinny as it is

This exercise looks a bit dangerous, easy to do wrong.

lol thats not a nice sandbag! looks like it doesnt wanna be lifted..

Not to belittle the effort but I don't see the point of lifting a sandbag that heavy when combined with a brupee type exercise? Wouldn't it be more productive to lighten the weight to enable a more prolonged continuous movement for better results?
