Nama manager ya suzy.....nya da kurang ajar ckit....dgn staff juga.....Tu lh staff ikut cara dia....ada kurang ajar ckit......complain jak mun tidak puas hati......Dgn manager yg bernama Suzyliyana....

aiyo aku pun mcm tu aku dtg 15 minit tunggu order tiba2 mamat baru dtg lepas tu dia ambik order mamat tu memang bengang la babi punya anuar

dah la mulut pekerja laser. like seriously. How dare they comment on the customer. customer have their own rights. and being commented by them is surely not one of it. damn. Orng dh kata xnak mnum air. dia t'cegat buat apa? pastu dgn besa nya sora komen pasal customer. bodo.

Bintulu is like that. Cannot improve. I had too many of such bad experience.

@takeshi225 Yup. They had operated for maybe like two years already. Their service has gone from bad to worse.. and maybe the worst in any food outlet in Malaysia.
Best service ever!!! the new manager and staffs are totally disaster! bad attitude and services. don't even know how to provide good customer service in the servicing and dining industry.

@felixthemiaw Yup. Shortage of staff shouldn't be the reason for being unable to entertain customers. Service at hawker's stall is way miles better than this one.
