So i figured it out. I went ahed and took a break from story mode(which is super adicting. The visuals!!!)and i did versus with 2 players instead of com and i figured i'd share it with you. So "tilt" is meant to convey to us that we must push the L stik in any direction and release so its centered then hitting the combo button. Holding in any direction will not allow this to work. I tried it after i unlocked Orochimaru and his slithering "Vertical Slash" is fucking awesome. I kicked sasuke's ass

dont u have the game? wen u are in a bout pause it and look at the moves list. i cant seem to get these moves to work. i also dont know wat they look like and it doesnt tell you the move when you do it if its just a combo.
