Here is how to get into Hyjal on a live 2.4.1 server.
please not that is not my main, hes my only shaman that knows Far Sight.

@katshuma lol and priest, i used my mind vision to travel from stormwind all the way up to undercity, jumping my npc to npc forl ike 2 hours

This is the old hyjal, this is a place in the upper part of Kalimdor that is now impossible to enter without farsight/eagle eye because they removed walljumping.
