Assassins Creed 2 Glitch

I found this glitch while playing Assassin's Creed 2 on the Xbox 360. The Glitch also works on PS3. To perform this glitch simply take out your throwing knives begin your run then press and hold the X button. You will also need the Flying Knife upgrade available at the training area in the Villa. Ezio will then continue to run in a straight line until you either change your weapon, let go of X, or get hit by and enemy attack. This Glitch can also be used to escape the boundaries of the map as seen in the video. I believe I'm the first person to find this glitch. I found it while I was broadcasting on my Justin.tv account. Unfortunately I hear the glitch has been patched. Also copies of the game that were printed after the patch released have the patch built in them. So that means to have your own flying Ezio you have to have an old version of the game and not update it at all...still it's nice to see this awesome glitch did exist at one point in time

@MegaNathan127 I'll remember to do that right after you remember to read. You see I put right in the video that I was playing on the Xbox360. But what I was playing on is pointless since IF you have an original version of the game and IF you don't have any patches installed for the game THEN the glitch will work on both Xbox and PS3. However by the looks of your ability to read, and form statements for that matter, you probably wouldn't be able to figure out how to make it work on any system :D

@DANMUFC123 can you read? I've said several times in the description...comments...and annotations in the video that the glitch no longer works. Unless of course you delete the update from your hard drive. Then it will work unless you have a newer copy of the game that already has the patch for this on the disk...but hey you'd know all this already...if only you could read..shame really...anywho if you still can't get it to work after learning to read let me know if you need any further help!

@Axialmatt i have the game of the year edition in PS3 it hasnt ask for a update though so will it work

@undretaker4 I doubt it will since i think that version has the dlc already on it...and i know it wouldn't let me play the dlc on my copy without updating and fixing the glitch. But it never hurts to try i suppose i just highly doubt it will work. Let me know how it goes! Best of luck!

@goodoldie1996 Hey buddy who looked at this 6 days ago i posted the video over like a year and a half ago like 3 days after the game came out. You act as if I posted it last week and didn't expect anyone to already find it. I myself submitted it to other websites hence they might know about it. But at any rate if you have any problems with the glitch feel free to ask me. Or go to another website i'm sure they've got it posted as well...since it's been known about for over a year and a half...
